Experience the best in Hard Style Training!
Valley Kettlebells group classes are held at our private training studio (address provided upon registration). “Drop-in” classes are no longer offered, and all participants must register prior to attending a training session. All classes are semi-private, with no more than 5 trainees per session. Maintaining a low student-teacher ratio is part of our commitment to excellence; ensuring the best possible experience for all trainees.

A complimentary 30 minute private or semi-private consultation is mandatory prior to participating in any of our classes. Click here to schedule your consultation or to send us a question!

If you’d prefer a more individualized program, Valley Kettlebells instructors can also train you privately at our studio, or even in the privacy of your own home. 1. Introduction to Hard Style Kettlebell Training

This class will be dedicated to introducing kettlebell newcomers to the basic exercises and principals of the RKC “school of strength”.  Once you have met with us for your initial consultation, we will most likely recommend you start with this class if you are new to kettlebells so that you can

establish a good foundation before joining one of our regular group classes.

Class Descriptions

We will be happy to recommend the best classes for you during your initial consultation.

  1. All-Levels Kettlebell Class

These co-ed group classes will begin with a short warm up and technique practice, followed by a workout and stretching cool down.  You will experience the fat blasting cardio of kettlebell “ballistics”, and the never-say-die strength building power of kettlebell “grinds”.  Come get your “grind” on with us the Hard Style way!

  1. Ladies’ Only Kettlebell Class

The same general format as the co-ed All-Levels Class, but devoted exclusively to women.  If you are a lady who is looking for a challenging workout in a fun and supportive environment, you should join your fellow femme fatales and become a part of the Ladies’ Hard Style Team today!

  1. Functional Movement Systems Training

Focusing on the development of functional movement patterns and corrective exercise strategies, this class will target your specific weaknesses and imbalances.  This is a great place to start if you are beginning an exercise routine after years of inactivity, or if you are returning to exercise after an injury (upon your doctor’s approval).  This is also a good class to check into from time to time in addition to your regular kettlebell classes - we will recommend any corrective exercises that may help you get stronger and progress faster, and take note of any exercises you may need to avoid for a period of time.
