For all new clients we begin with a complementary 30 minute consultation. Once you contact us, we will provide you with our studio address and we will send you our new client form. At your consultation we will discuss your fitness history, medical and injury history, current fitness goals, and we can answer any questions you may have. We will also do a movement screen, which will give us an idea of how you move and what training program will be best for you.

Once we have completed your movement screen we will make recommendations on how to proceed with your training. If you want to train privately, we can set up training times that will work for your schedule. If you want semi-private training in the San Fernando Valley, we will either have you start with our Functional Movement Classes or our Kettlebell Start-Up Bootcamp Package. For semi-private training in Santa Clarita, we can discuss which class times you want to join.
