If you are new to kettlebells, this 4 week bootcamp is the place to start! You will be introduced to the basic concepts of RKC kettlebell training, as well as the most important fundamental kettlebell exercises - the swing and the get up. Classes will be 90 minutes long and will focus on learning proper technique, concluding with a short workout and cool down. Classes are offered twice each week, and you must commit to attending class at least once per week. In addition to your weekly semi-private training, this start-up package also includes:
* Your own workbook that includes descriptions of the exercises covered in class, as well as instructions for home practice that you can do even if you don’t have kettlebells of your own
* A Gymboss workout timer
* The option to attend both weekly classes at no additional charge (depending on space available) for extra review and practice.
* A coupon for 20% off any Dragon Door kettlebell (upon completion of the bootcamp)
Once you have “graduated” from bootcamp, you should be ready to join our regular semi-private classes and progress to more advanced exercises and more challenging workouts. Please note that if you are recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise after a long period of inactivity, we may recommend a less intense start to your training.

60 to 90 minutes long and limited to 4 trainees. If you are returning to exercise after recovering from an injury or after a long period of inactivity, you may need to spend some time restoring your quality of movement before increasing the quantity and intensity of your movement. These classes will focus on exercises to improve mobility and stability, as well as correcting asymmetries and imbalances. Short workouts may be included in class as you are ready.
These classes are the same general format as our All-Levels classes, but are devoted exclusively to women.
60 minutes long and limited to 5 trainees. Training will begin with a short warm-up and individualized corrective exercises as needed. Classes may include learning new techniques as well as continued work to perfect exercises you have learned previously. Kettlebells will be our main training tool, but we will also frequently incorporate body-weight exercises and TRX suspension training. Classes will conclude with a challenging workout, followed by a stretching cool down.
