We teach RKC style (also known as Hard Style) kettlebell training as developed by Pavel Tsatsouline. The RKC is a “School of Strength” and we believe that strength is a skill that can be learned and practiced by anyone. There is no piece of fitness equipment as versatile as the kettlebell, and with proper training you can:

We are Certified Functional Movement Specialists using renowned physical therapist Gray Cook’s Functional Movement System. FMS gives us the tools to measure movement quality. We want all of our clients to move their best, and we know that by striving for better movement you also will reach your fitness goals faster and more safely. Once we perform a movement screen, we will develop a corrective strategy to help you:

* Improve mobility
* Increase stability
* Even-out areas of asymmetry and imbalance

We often incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer into our private lessons, FMS classes and kettlebell classes. We love this tool because of its unique ability to either provide assistance, or add resistance to body-weight exercises, making it a great choice for all fitness levels.
