


Specializing in strength and conditioning for athletes at all stages; from early development to top competition levels, R.T. uses kettlebells for movement education with clients of all age groups. With a solid 15 year background as a first rate baseball player, R.T. provides field-tested perspective from the young athlete’s career path. He is also a high school level baseball coach with over 7 years of experience and holds a BAS in Kinesiology from the California State University of Northridge.
As a martial artist, Caleb has experienced first hand the power of kettlebell training in boosting athletic performance and confidence. He feels privileged to share this knowledge with his clients, and to have served as an assistant instructor in Pavel’s seminars with the NSCA and the RKC Instructor Certification Course. He has a black belt in Hap Ki Do, and has also spent many years studying Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Philipino Kali, Indonesian Silat, Jeet Kune Do, as well as various styles of Western European weapons and traditional fencing. Caleb teaches self defense classes, and is an award winning fight choreographer for his work in LA theatre and film.

Kati is passionate about helping clients transform their quality of life through improved strength and better movement. She has served as an assistant instructor in Pavel’s seminars with the NSCA and the RKC Instructor Certification Course. Kati is also a classically trained singer, and has a background in tumbling, ballet and Irish step dance. She uses her training as a singer, as well as many years of studying Alexander Technique to help her clients develop healthy breathing habits and better postural awareness.
